Location: Peterson SFB, Colorado Springs, Colorado

ITI Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity SME to guide an effort to develop, implement, manage, and maintain a Risk Management Framework Cybersecurity Program at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado. The effort provides cybersecurity services, conducts cybersecurity technical assessments, and participates in cybersecurity technical investigations. To be considered for this position, the candidate must be a United States citizen with at least a SECRET clearance and TS/SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities:

• Continually assess and develop methods for validating cybersecurity requirements, determining vulnerabilities, developing cybersecurity tools and methods, and conducting Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs) to provide recommendations for decision consideration to incorporate into process improvement updates.
• Continuously assess the cybersecurity process to identify gaps and recommend improvements for cybersecurity package submissions to ensure the content and structure of required artifacts reflect and comply with the latest cybersecurity policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate support and provide recommendations on engineering analysis-level support to Program Management Offices (PMOs) and System Program Offices (SPOs) throughout the Systems Lifecycle Process to ensure successful certification and authorization for technology transition and decommissioning.
• Develop and submit technical white papers.

Experience/Skills:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience implementing cybersecurity processes and the Risk Management Framework.
• Advanced understanding of the Risk Management Framework.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Air Force Space Systems or US Space Force cybersecurity processes is highly desired.

Education:

• BS degree in an IT-related field.
• An advanced degree is highly desired.

Certifications:

• CISSP or equivalent.
• Risk Management Framework certification or training is highly desired.

Clearance:

• Must be a US Citizen and hold a current SECRET clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
